We like to start things off face to face. There’s nothing better than seeing your space in person and having a proper chat about what you’re looking for. We’ll take any measurements we need and bring along a selection of samples so you can see how they look in your own home no need to leave the house.
After our visit, we’ll put together a detailed quote based on the samples you loved. This will include everything needed to get the job done right. We’ll send it over to you and follow up to make sure it all makes sense and you’re happy to move forward.
Once you’re ready, we’ll agree on a start date that works for you. We’ll then begin prepping your space and get to work fitting your new flooring. When everything’s complete, we make sure your home is left clean, tidy, and ready to enjoy.
