For this downstairs renovation project in Lincolnshire, we began by carefully removing the existing flooring and preparing the surface for installation. As with all Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring, achieving a smooth and level base is essential, so we applied a professional smoothing compound to the subfloor to create the perfect foundation.

The client had selected a light oak herringbone LVT, adding timeless style and warmth to the space. Once the floor was fully prepared, we installed the LVT in a precise herringbone pattern with a decorative border, delivering a clean and elegant finish. Using a high-quality adhesive, we ensured durability and long-lasting performance.
