For this stunning holiday home renovation, our team completed a bespoke Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) herringbone installation in the living room, creating a warm and inviting space perfect for relaxing getaways.

The carefully selected LVT was laid in a classic herringbone pattern, bringing timeless character and texture while offering a durable, low-maintenance finish ideal for a holiday property. A standout feature of this project was the cosy fireplace, where we meticulously scribed the flooring around the natural stone to achieve a precise, seamless fit. This level of detail ensures a flawless result while enhancing the charm of the fireplace as the heart of the room.

To frame the space beautifully, we installed new rustic wooden skirting boards in a rich dark oak finish. The deep tones add warmth and contrast, perfectly complementing both the herringbone floor and the stone fireplace for a cohesive, characterful look.
